CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?
Yes. We proudly accommodate out of town trips and are authorized to travel beyond North Carolina state lines.
ARE YOU PROPERLY LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes. We are commercially licensed and authorized to do business in any state nationwide. As such, the DOT requires state and federal regulations to be maintained at all times. You may view our credentials via DOT #3194611.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You may request a full refund prior to 2 weeks before your pickup date. Refunds are not granted within 2 weeks of the pickup date, however you may transfer the deposit to an alternate date. Transferring to an alternate date, then later requesting a refund is not allowed. In the unlikely event of a mechanical mishap during your trip, a pro-rated refund will be issued to the reservation holder.
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM PACKAGE FOR ME?

WHAT TYPE OF CREDENTIALS DO YOUR CHAUFFEURS HAVE?
All of our drivers undergo background checks to ensure customer safety. Our drivers maintain a current individual driver's license and/or commercial driver's license. They also specialize in customer service and have years of experience in the transportation industry.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, certified checks, all major credit cards, CashApp, and Venmo.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is an additional fee of $275.
